Powered by a 12-volt, low amp draw unit, the Medi-Kool heating/cooling system not only provides the climate control you need, but also stores up to 6-months worth of data that can be downloaded right to your laptop computer! Each unit uses a refrigeration and heating system designed to change the core temperature by approximately 25-35 degrees! (certain factors may alter these numbers IE: outside temperature, ventilation, and air con usage).

The MK15DR unit was developed after numerous requests were made to our firm for a unit that can be utilized under a bench seat or lower compartment aboard any emergency respons vehicle. In this location the unit is out of the way yet fully funtional for a quick access and great climate controlled storage! Remember, each and every Mermaid Medi-Kool (tm) unit COOLS and HEATS within a one degree tolerence.
Medi-Kool 1.5 Unit
Mermaid's newest line! The Medi-Kool "MK15" unit is ideal for the ALS cabinet installations. Constructed out of polished stainless steel with an aluminum body, this climate controlled Rx cabinet is an ideal addition to any ambulance, fire truck, or emergency response vehicle.
Medi-Kool 2.0 Unit
The Mermaid Medi-Kool 2.0 unit, "MK20", is an ideal addition to any ambulance, fire truck, or emergency response vehicle where climate controlled drugs are necessary. The model is constructed out of high grade injected molded white plastic and is controlled by the same high end circuit board that allows for heating and cooling of the contents on he Medi-Kool MK15 and MK747.

Medi-Kool 2.0-S/S Unit
Our second newest line to date! We took the look of the MK747 and we created the MK20-S/S unit! This 2.0 cubic foot sized unit is the virtually the same size as the current MK20 (plastic) however, now built out of high grade stainless steel! This beautiful and durable unit would be ideal to keep those med's climatically controlled!

Mermaid's second largest model, the "MK747" is designed to hold at least one Pelican or 747 Rx box. This beautiful unit is a "built-in" model designed to work of the truck's 12-volt power supply. This unit will do what the MK15 and MK20 units do - Cool AND Heat!

Mermaid's largest model, the "MK-Pelican" is designed to hold one Pelican 1500 and one Pelican 1550 as well as one Plano box!. This beautiful unit is a "built-in" model designed to work of the truck's 12-volt power supply. This unit will do what all the PATENTED Mermaid Medi-Kool (tm) lines do - Cool AND Heat!
